We have been working successfully with Mark for over 12 months now. During this time we have expanded our business substantially.

We have doubled our floorspace and taken on new staff in supervisory roles who are working out really well. This was a huge achievement.

We were hesitant at first to take on a business coach we had some negative feed back on coaches in general but we really needed some help us take our business to the next level. Mark was the only one that would do a business analysis to tell us if we had room to grow in the first place and detailed suggestions on how to achieve that growth. Two months into coaching, the way I look at my own business has changed and I am already using my time more effectively. The Yellow Pages Advertisement that you helped us design has definitely outperformed our previous advertisement and we would definitely run with the same concept again next year. The market research has given me confidence that my products are good and our key strength is our after-sales service. As partners of CKD architects, we engaged Mark to help us begin working on our business as a united management team rather than operating as independent professionals. Lauder Pty. Ltd. is a property development company associated with larger scale residential and retail development in the Highfields area.

We are the owners of the Highfields Village Shopping centre and recently we undertook a major promotion of the centre as the key marketing initiative for 2007. We worked closely with Mark Jocumsen of Better Business Outcomes and were very impressed with Marks initiatives and fresh ideas associated with promotion and staging of the event.

Through our work with Mark we made significant changes in our business which resulted in an increase in turnover of 21% in the six months to December 2007. In January 2008 we achieved our goal of selling our business as a going concern.
